At Hanazi, every arrangement we create is composed from fresh, natural blooms. Flowers are living objects — beautiful, ephemeral and inherently unpredictable. Because of this, there are a few things we ask our customers to keep in mind.
Our arrangements are crafted from seasonal blooms sourced from local Sydney growers. Because flowers are a living, natural product, availability can change from week to week depending on the season, weather conditions and supply. If a specific bloom featured in a collection becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a flower of similar or greater value, colour and character. We will always work to preserve the overall style, palette and feeling of the arrangement you ordered.
Flowers are products of nature, not a factory. The colour, shape, size and openness of each bloom will vary naturally. The arrangements shown on our website and social media are representative of our designs, but your arrangement may differ slightly from what is pictured. This is part of what makes each piece unique.
Flowers are perishable. Their lifespan depends on the species, the environment they are placed in and the care they receive. Factors such as direct sunlight, air conditioning, heating and extreme temperatures can affect how long your flowers last. Once your arrangement has been delivered, its care becomes the responsibility of the recipient. We include care notes with every order to help you get the most from your blooms.
We take every care to ensure your arrangement arrives in beautiful condition. However, once an order has been dispatched, certain factors — such as weather and handling during transit — are beyond our control. If you have any concerns about the condition of your flowers upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours so we can look into it.
